It was much exciting than most of us expected and something beyond a surprise. 'An expression of mutual concern and happiness over the well being of alma-matter' as it appeared for many of us. The first ever get-together of Greater Toronto area based alumni and friends of Rajagiri institutions indicated a firm resolve to build up a vibrant network which could respond to the several kinds of challenges developing a supportive culture within and joining hands with the like minded to expand the fraternity including those others who could not make themselves present. Thanks to Fr.Prasant for being catalytic for making this work.Most of us were astonished to hear the new developments in the past few years and the changing approaches.The group was delighted hear about the disaster management efforts initiated by the college following the tsunami devastation.

This get -together which was hosted by Thomas Antony at his New Market residence was well attended with the presence of Sajan Malayil, Rexon Ray, Joby Joseph, Pinky Enasu and Jison, Prasad and Bindu with their two kids, Saji Joseph and Jolly with Children and Jose Varghese. Suja- batchmate of Pinky who was longing to greet folks, desperately telephoned to convey her inability to make it due to a last minute hassle. So also Ajimol,Veena Louis, Fr.Manadan, Sojan from Detroit, Martin C.Mathews- Cambridge and Jomy George.
Thanks to Mrs.Thomas and Mrs.Saji for treating us with a wonderful dinner in the wake of Onam. Pinky entertained the group with her pleasant sweet voice. Thanks to Pinky Jison and Mrs.Jolly for the best out of them.
