Thiru Onam for Malayalees.....
At some point of time, we walked through the terrains of Rajagiri, learned new people skills or expanded our horizons.....some of us traveled across the seas to make our lives vibrant.... ourselves galvanized probably with a philosophy and commitment to serve and excel....also to do whatever we can to make lives better for fellow human beings as well.... It was just an introspection....
In this process have we missed anything ?
For every Keralite Malayalees ONAM is an occasion to introspect....
A time when there was more social justice...when everybody could equally utilize resources and make life good for each other...For many, ONAM is still a nostalgia and it will continue so.
Many of us live here in Canada, being part of the cultural diversity, how do we look at it?
....At this ONAM is there anything that is striking for us?
As a community is there anything relevant for us while we talk about ONAM
or being a Keralite?
I thought it is a good idea to provide some leads as we plan a get-together of the alumni and friends of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences - The Rajagiri School of Management.
This is not a part of a mission statement or a baseline for developing a future perspective....nothing of the kind of a planned introduction...Just a simple stream of thoughts...
You can share yours....Make it fun....enjoyable and sustainable.
HEARTY ONAM WISHES to all our friends...
